Walking

This walk is to the south of the town, incorporating a variety of surroundings from orchards to townscape and leading to beautiful open countryside with views over the New Mill Channel that leads to the Rother Valley.

This is a circular walk through parkland with beautiful views back over Tenterden.

Although always enjoyable, this walk is especially beautiful during the primrose and bluebell season.

This walk is to the north of Tenterden, with magnificent views of the town and the Weald of Kent to the south.

This walk, to the north-west of the town, passes the former millponds that, years ago, provided power for three water mills.
